No Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

Once your order leaves our facility, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Our products are lab research chemicals and peptides. Their stability depends entirely on proper storage and handling, which we cannot verify once shipped. For this reason, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

Order Cancellation

Once payment is received, your order enters processing immediately. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are allowed after payment is accepted, even if the package has not yet shipped.

Only Exception: Verified Defects or Pre-Shipment Damage

We only consider claims for confirmed manufacturing defects or pre-shipment damage.

If approved, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Approval is not guaranteed.
