Shipping Policy — Sleek Peptides
Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of being placed (on business days). Estimated transit times are 3–10 business days after dispatch, and these times are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are usually accurate but are not guaranteed and may occasionally fall outside the estimated window due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing.
Packages are dropped off at our carrier’s drop-off location Monday–Friday. In some cases, tracking may remain in a “label has been created” stage until the package is physically picked up and scanned into the carrier’s system.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss, delay, damage, or misdelivery transfers to the customer. Delivery timeframes are provided by carriers and may vary for reasons outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address. If a shipment is returned due to address issues (including incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses), it may be reshipped only after the customer pays all associated return and reship fees.
Lost / Missing / Misdelivered Packages
If tracking does not show the parcel scanned as delivered, we will assist in filing an inquiry with the carrier. No replacement or refund will be issued until the carrier has completed its investigation and confirmed the parcel is lost.
If the carrier tracking shows the parcel scanned as delivered to the address provided, Sleek Peptides is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or missing packages, and no automatic reshipment or refund will be made.
